Cancer & Homelessness
Donation protected
My mama passed away from a nearly fourteen month battle with an agressive and rare form of cancer called Cholangiocarcinoma on February 16th, 2015 just two days after her 54th birthday. As we watched mama slip away from us, we found out that we have lost our home to condemnation. My dad and I are currently homeless and actively seeking a place to live while trying to move through the grieving process (and let me tell you something, dying? It's expensive).
We would be forever grateful if you could donate and help us work our way through funeral expenses and finding a place to live. This page originally started out as a way to raise money for medical supplies that my mom's insurance didn't cover but now it has morphed into something much, much larger.
Please help my family. If this sum is more than we need to start anew, any left over funds will be donated in my mother's name to the further studying of Cholangiocarcinoma.
