Bring Hayden Home

EMERGENCY: My 22mo daughter Hayden was secreted out of the US by the non-custodial mom, presumably to Costa Rica. I'm seeking resources to bring her home safely.

My name is Taylor & I've been granted emergency sole custody of my young daughter upon learning her bio mother Allison Dowdey + Allison's father Paul Dowdey have fled the United States presumably to Costa Rica or nearby areas in Central America by catamaran in order to avoid federal+state jurisdiction.

My heart is absolutely shattered. I am seeking resources & awareness to find the whereabouts of my baby girl. A search is currently underway by the US State Department & Costa Rican authorities, as well as several other international investigative agencies. Financial & social help is desired to facilitate the safe return of Hayden ASAP.
