House fire: complete loss

Joyce pope lost everything in an electrical house fire. She walked out with the clothes on her back and her dog. She does not have renters insurance and will have to start from scratch. The Polk co. Fire dept was able to get her purse. Almost r verything in it was destroyed. She had a spare key to her care that was melted, but still able to be used and luckily her license and insurance cards etc. were unscathed. Any help is so greatly appreciated.
