Hi there, my name is Fernanda. It’s not easy to ask for help, but I had to let my pride behind.
As many of us lost our jobs and in my case I also lost my car during the pandemic. I am a freelancer wardrobe/fashion stylist, and also work in Event Production. If you work in Entertainment you know it’s impossible to do any of these jobs without a car specially in Los Angeles. I used to work so much, this pandemic hit me in so many different ways affected my mental and roughly financially. I have always been extremely hard worker, but I need a car to be able to do what I know to take care of my family. I haven’t been able to be myself in so long and can’t take many job offers. They all require a car. It’s my first time in LA not having a car for this long so I really need help to get back on track.
- About my car: I was hit by a drunk driver on Santa Monica blvd in West Hollywood.
- After a month with a rental from Geigo the insurance from the girl that hit me, they decided to total my car that left me with no car as they paid off and unfortunately the lack of work does not let me save for another car .
- Please anything help, I just I want my busy work life back!
