Earthquake Relief in Petrinja Croatia

You may have read or seen on TV the aftermath of the earthquake in Petrinja Croatia.  It was one of the Towns on the Urbacht programme from 2014 approx to 2018, during the time Councillors from Kildare County Council visited the town of Petrinja. In 2017, Fintan Brett the current Mayor of the Naas MD visited the town when a delegation from Naas went to Croatia as part of the Urbacht programme. Petrinja was actually the poorest and most underdeveloped of all the towns participating in the Urbacht programme.
