Medical Expenses

I was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma in October of 2010, I've been through chemotherapy (intravenously twice, Imbruvica once) 3 times since. I need to do IV again for the third time.
The lymph nodes in my face and neck have enlarged exponentially in the last few weeks, enough to worry my oncologist.
Medical expenses are getting out of hand, I'm starting chemotherapy as soon as I possibly can but with all of the co-pays, medications involved, not being able to actually get there and back and not being able to work full time, it's getting difficult with each passing month. The stress is not helping. There's no doubt I'll be missing work and since I only work 3 days a week...it's bad.
Getting to and from is an issue as well, since I obviously won't be able to drive back home and my mother can't do it.
The chemotherapy plan (cycle) usually lasts 5 - 6 months, every 3 weeks.
I'm getting a biopsy on July 2nd. My oncologist should get the results in a matter of days following .
I figure 3-4 weeks should be sufficient time. I should be starting chemotherapy by the 20th of July. Believe me, any help would be vastly appreciated.
Thank you.
