Help Elizabeth Attend Therapeutic Retreat For Survivors

Hi my name is Elizabeth Gade, I am a poet, human trafficking survivor and advocate on a healing journey to wholeness! While I have stepped up a lot to host writing workshops and circles for other survivors it’s really important I continue focusing on my own therapeutic needs! I applied and interviewed for a scholarship to Logo’s Wilderness Retreats June 24-28 2024 in Denver, Colorado and was awarded a full scholarship! I am one of 8 human trafficking survivors that will fly in from all over the world for a week of intensive therapeutic wilderness retreat in the mountains of Colorado. I am even able to meet another online survivor friend from the UK as she was also chosen! I am so exited to meet my friend face to face and meet the other survivors I will be on retreat with. This is a huge healing opportunity, one of a lifetime to work with an amazing organization specializing in the healing of human trafficking survivors. My retreat scholarship covers lodging, activities and meals at the center, but I am fully responsible for all of my travel expenses to get there. I have already paid my deposit and my flight there, but I am short and struggling to cover my return flight, airport shuttle, baggage fees, Ubers, ect and am now up against a deadline before flight prices skyrocket and I lose my opportunity for this intensive therapeutic healing retreat for human trafficking survivors.
