I’m Joe’s wife, Briony and I have set this GoFundMe in honour of my wonderful husband’s memory

One of the most important places in Joe’s heart was The Beacons who help people & family’s that are affected by addiction. Joe took absolute pride going between the centres in Blantyre, East Kilbride & Cambuslang. Joe loved hearing people’s stories, sharing his own, passing on advice and growing strong relationships with anyone he would cross paths with. Not only would he do his utmost best to help others, he would do everything to fight against the sigma that addiction carries.

The Beacons do such incredible work, and Joe adored his role in his work place - he would leave home with a smile and return with an even bigger one.

As his wife, I please ask no matter if the donation is little or large - it will all be going towards the amazing and incredible work The Beacons do to support people of all ages & their families with this disease.
