Our journey to parenthood

As many of you know, we have struggled with infertility for around 6 years now. We’ve gone through several unsuccessful fertility treatments since 2019. Along with those interventions, specialists for both of us, and endometriosis excision surgery, we’ve been through getting our hopes up only to be let down over and over again. On September 6, I received a message from Jamie Grassi asking me if adoption was in our family plan. I answered yes, as it is true that we have always kept this as an option. In fact, we were going to put our names in an agency come November. Fast forward one month later, our entire world has changed and we are blessed to be starting the adoption process for a sweet baby girl who is due to be here February 8! This process is going very fast and the financial part of this is our biggest hurdle, as we weren’t prepared to put down tens of thousands of dollars in a short amount of time. Nevertheless, we are willing to do what we have to do to make this happen because we feel like this little girl is our child! If any of you feel led to donate, we decided to set up this account. Anything will help and is sincerely appreciated. We aren’t normally ones to ask for anything so this is out of our comfort zone, but with encouragement from some of our close friends we decided to try this so it could possibly get us closer to our goal of bringing our long awaited baby girl home!
