PLEASE help me find a place to live.

Hi, my name is Virginia Vaughn. I live in Wilmington DE. Recently my landlord sold the small home I'm renting. The new landlord texted and states he is raising the rent 60%. I am 67yo (will be 68 in April) and on Soc Security. I cannot afford such a HUGE increase. I'm currently looking for a PT/FT/seasonal job to cover increases over the next sevl months. I need to find another place to live. But with paying rent, utilities, etc here I don't have monies left over for a security deposit, first month's rent and moving costs. At my age and with health issues, it's extremely difficult to stand long periods of time. I am a late-stage ovarian cancer survivor (2nd primary of endometrial), have bad osteoarthritis in my knees and back, and have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Please consider helping me to raise enough to pay for first month's rent, security deposit and moving costs. I can't live what's left of my life working just to pay such an INCREDIBLY high rental increase ... which may go up again! I've tried different groups/agencies but waiting lists are years' long and/or any assistance is unavailable. I don't know what to do and the stress and anxiety from this is already taking a toll on my health. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help you would consider. God Bless You ❤❤
