Help Support "Kelly" Cancer Fund

This campaign is being set up for my daughter, Kelly, to help alleviate some of the financial burden and hardship that has escalated due to her aggressive Stage 3 Breast Cancer, Invasive Lobular Carcinoma. I feel compelled to help her through this ordeal, by setting up this account and reaching out to family, friends and social media. Although, you may not know Kelly, she is truly an amazing, beautiful woman and mother who has endured emotional trauma, trials and tribulations.
Kelly is a single mother of 5 children, with the youngest being age 4. Before she was diagnosed with Cancer, she was a hard working, responsible woman, who never smoked, used drugs or alcohol. She was financially stable, managing a full-time job and business, as well as her household. Due to Cancer, she lost her job and all her money is now exhausted. Here's a basic time-line of her events.
March 2012: Kelly was holding her baby in her arms when she was attacked by a dog, who almost took her hand off. By the Grace of God, the dog released her hand and she was able to make it to safety, while 911
was called. This incident caused so much trauma and stress, a broken hand, extreme injuries and hand therapy several times a week, through September.
October 2012: Kelly was diagnosed with Invasive Breast Cancer.
November 2012: Underwent a double mastectomy.
December 2012: Surgery to remove lymph nodes, due to cancer spreading.
January 2013: Surgery to insert port for chemo. Chemo treatments started and continued through July.
September 2013: Full hysterectomy.
March 2014: Breast reconstructive surgery started and she underwent a belly button hernia repair.
During the hospital stay, she was over medicated by a negligent nurse, unconscious and close to death. An overnight hospital stay turned into a week, long nightmare.
While trying to survive and reach her 5 year mark milestone, Kelly has been dealing with several other
health issues. In addition to Neuropathy, Osteoporosis and Arthritis, she recently found out that the chemo has caused more damage to her body and has been diagnosed with:
* Scoliosis * Complex nodules on Thyroid * Stage 1 Kidney Failure * Heart problems - Mitral Valve Prolaspe and her heart is only functioning at 40%, due to the Left Ventrical Wall not functioning properly.
Kelly still needs to finish additional Cancer treatments and reconstructive surgery, then have her port removed. She will now have to undergo surgery on her Thyroid and deal with her heart and kidney issues.
She may look better and sounds good, but inside she is not. Cancer and chemo has taken its toll on her body. The chemo has made her feel as if she has the body of an elderly person that is deteriorating. She cries sometimes when she closes her eyes at night, wondering if her children will be the ones that find her lifeless in the morning but her fight to live exist. Every morning she opens her eyes and thanks God she has been given one more day with her children but fears losing them and her home.
My daughter’s life path has changed completely and forever. Cancer is the reason why she is physically and financially broken. I am unclear as to what the future holds for Kelly, but she is in survival mode and
continues to fight the fight. Her medical bills and living expenses continue to pile up and she is trying to save her home.
I ask that you PLEASE pray for and donate to help my daughter. Any donation amount will be appreciated, a blessing and will help Kelly and her children, while they continue to battle her fight to survive Cancer.
Thanking you in advance for your generosity and prayers.
