Help Save My Cat’s Life: He’s My Emotional Support and I Can’t Lose Him

Hi, my name is Apollo, and I am reaching out to you today with an extremely heavy heart. My beloved cat, Haku, who has been my emotional support animal through the toughest times, has suddenly become paralyzed within a matter of hours. I am devastated and terrified that I could lose him.

To give you some background, I am disabled and living with severe PTSD. My cat has been my constant companion and source of support through everything — through homelessness, severe trauma, losing my sister, and all the challenges life has thrown my way since moving to the United States. He is more than just a pet; he’s my emotional anchor, and I can’t imagine life without him.

Unfortunately, his medical condition requires extensive veterinary care, and the bills are rapidly piling up. As much as I want to provide him with the treatment he deserves, I simply do not have the financial resources. As someone with multiple disabilities and very limited income that I can barely feed myself with, I’m in a position where I can’t afford the vet bills on my own. It’s shameful and I feel too much guilt to bear. He’s my everything.

I’m asking for your help during this critical time. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly to his veterinary care and treatments. I just want to give him a chance to recover and be there for me as he always has. I am terrified of losing him, and I know without his presence, I would struggle even more. He needs me now and I feel ashamed I cannot immediately give him everything he needs for the first time in my life.
