Help with rental expenses.

Hi all!

My family and are have been forced to move out of the house we have rented for the last 3 yrs. My landlord died suddenly a few months ago. His wife no longer will allow us to rent the guest house. She is being mentally abusive and harassing us. We need to leave as soon as possible. This home is not safe. The ceilings are cracking and it has flooded several times outside.

Rents have doubled and every place is asking about 7,000 just to move in to an average apartment. We found something that we love in a good safe neighborhood. We just need help with getting in and moving expenses quickly. We appreciate any help at all and are grateful. Thank you so much!
