Eagle project: Veritas Flag & Tree installation

I am Max Kaminski with Troop 201, I go to Veritas Preparatory Academy and for years we haven't had a place to put the American flag. This caused many awkward star spangled banners before events. The goal of this project is to have a permanent solar lighted flag pole and shade trees for Falcon fans. The trees will also shield the surrounding neighborhood from field lights.
