Eagle Scout Fundraiser: Voorhees Animal Orphanage

My name is Evan Boxley, and I am Life Rank in Boy Scout Troop 3070 in Cherry Hill, NJ. I am working on becoming an Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout Service Leadership project, I will lead a team in constructing dog ramps for the dog yard at the Voorhees Animal Orphanage (VAO). Dog ramps enrich the minds and health of the dogs while they wait at the orphanage to be adopted. I am raising money to purchase the supplies to build the dog ramps. Any extra money raised will be donated to the animal orphanage (VAO). I appreciate your generous support in my effort to become an Eagle Scout and for supporting our community. More about me and this community service: Hi, my name is Evan and I am a part of Troop 3070 and go to Cherry Hill West HS in Cherry Hill, NJ where I am in activities like sports, band, science club, and in Jr. Air Force ROTC. I have cared about animals my whole life and would like to become a veterinarian. To do that, I went to summer medical programs for animals and humans. Now, I will be leading a project to help animals. By creating dog ramps, the volunteers and I will be helping the shelter dogs at the Orphanage with work that the dogs do with trainers, fun they have with people who are looking to adopt them, and a good way for them to get needed exercise. Please note my age does not allow GoFundMe to put this fundraiser in my name. Instead, it is in my father´s name and he is working with me to ensure the funds are transferred to the charity (VAO) after supplies are purchased and installed.
