Hello, my name is Duke Salomon, and I am a Boy Scout in Troop 476 in the City of Montebello, Ca. I began in Cub Scouts at the age of 6 years old and now I am a Life Scout working towards my Eagle Project. My favorite experiences as a Scout includes bike riding, attending summer camps, and volunteering to help veterans.
The Eagle Scout Project requires me to plan out the project, raise funds to purchase materials, recruit volunteers, and lead a team to finish the project.
My Eagle Scout Project will be to help St. Benedict Catholic School. The project will be to remove the old and damaged storage cabinets in the schools’ Scout Hut and replace them with new durable metal cabinets. The Scout Hut is shared by the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and is an elementary class.
I would greatly appreciate your financial support in donating to my project. I plan on donating any money raised over my goal to The Wounded Warrior Project (a nonprofit organization that helps veterans and active duty service members).
