Eagle Scout Project for School Children
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Nick Lefever, and I'm a local Boy Scout working on my Eagle Scout project. I am excited to share that for my project, I will be building three picnic tables and installing a tetherball pole at an Amish school in our community.
Currently, the school lacks proper outdoor seating, and therefore students need to sit on stones and dirt during lunchtime. Additionally, the playground equipment, which consists of a swing set and a baseball field, is situated on grass. Unfortunately, when it rains, the grounds become too muddy for students to play.
To address these challenges, I aim to provide a comfortable seating area by constructing picnic tables. Additionally, installing a tetherball pole in a gravel area will offer an all-weather play option for the students.
Your support for this project would greatly benefit the school community, providing a much-needed outdoor space for students to enjoy their meals and play regardless of the weather conditions. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference in improving the students' daily experiences at school.
Thank you for considering supporting my Eagle Scout project!
