Killeigh Community Centre

In February 2018 Killeigh Community Centre Development Association was established in response to the need for a community centre within our village. Following a review of potential sites in Killeigh, the Macra Hall was identified as the most viable location. 
We have held many successful fundraisers to date and had exciting fundraising plans for 2020. However, due to Covid 19 we are now limited in our fundraising efforts. Indeed our Patrons Scheme which had got off to a great start has now also had to be paused as we are unable to call to houses. In April 2020 another historic milestone was reached when we applied for planning permission for the development on the former Macra hall site. We are very grateful to all in the community for your support to date. However, there is a shortfall to allow us progress the application for Leader funding. As a result we are asking anyone who has not yet signed up to our Patrons scheme to please support us now. Without this fundraising drive, we cannot access the required grant funding to make all our dreams of a fantastic community centre, a reality. Remember : the best community of all deserves a great community hall
