Earl's Emergency Surgery Fund
Donation protected
On July 10, 2018 our friend and retired co-worker Earl was taken to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain. During an ultrasound of his abdomen, a blood clot was found that affected his intestines. Emergency surgery was performed which resulted in over 95% of his small and large intestines being removed. Thankfully Earl survived the surgery however he will be required to remain hospitalized for over a month. The medical costs for care and treatment will strain his family’s finances.
WE NEED YOUR HELP:
Earl is a retired police officer with the Virginia Beach Police Department with 28 years of service. He retired on July 1, 2016. The surgery has drastically changed his life and will require frequent medical treatments and follow up appointments even after he gets released from the hospital. Earl remains steadfast and hopeful. We thank God for allowing him to be with us and are grateful for the immense support from friends and family. We kindly ask for anything you can do to help financially and to share this page.
