Earth Mom

Janie Cole, this wonderful human is what Renee and I refer to as our ‘Earth Mom’. Janie is the matriarch of our peer community since high school — she has supported us through the years… opening up her home, her heart and given us love unconditionally. She has demonstrated never ending kindness and consistently shows up for her loved ones. She is a giver by nature, and so generous in every way. She is very proud, never asking for anything, so we must, for her, in order to give her back the quality of life she deserves. When we think of Janie, we think of her laugh — something so joyous that it can lighten anyone’s mood. Janie is driven to get back to health so she can continue to be a loving mother, nanny, wife, and friend.

Let us tell you Janie’s story. In the blink of an eye, Janie was going into work — as carefree and happy as ever, then in the next moment l, she was septic in a hospital room. Janie’s health journey has been confusing to say the least. This turn of events has deeply harmed Janie’s “light” and quality of life.

In order to restore her quality of life, allowing her to get back on her feet, to get back to enjoying life’s small moments, Janie needs:

- A hospital bed

- A recliner/lift chair

- Items to prepare her home for mobility issues

All donations will go directly to purchasing these items for Janie. We want to help Janie in any way we can, to help return her back to her best self, for she has helped us throughout the years immensely.
