Let’s hold their hands & get a container house

I am Bouquet and I was born and raised in Turkiye but I’ve been living in Los Angeles, United States, since 2010.

This week, my home country woke up to one of the biggest disasters of the century. Not only one, but two great earthquakes hit Turkiye. In response to this tragedy, I am raising money to help the families who were affected by the recent earthquakes in Turkiye.

In a couple of days, those who lost their home will need a place to stay. Right now , it is winter and it is snowing in certain cities. The weather conditions are not suitable for full-time accommodation in tents.

For those reasons , instead of fulfilling the other necessities, I am planning to provide a 2-bedroom furnished container house (2 bunk beds per room),which costs 65.000 Turkish Lira (about 3.451 American Dollars).

I will provide invoice and any other documents.

1 CONTAINER HOUSE = 1 FAMILY

You might have seen this picture : PICTURE ( a man holding his dead daughter’s hand) There are so many people like him in 10 different cities right now . Same picture, different person. Their hands are empty now. They don’t have a family, they don’t have a job, they don’t have a house, they don’t have any clothes,they don’t have their family pictures to look at and remember the good old days. They had dinner with their family , they made plans for tomorrow , they looked at themselves one last time in the mirror, they went to sleep and they never woke up…

But here we are , life goes on. Let’s hold their hands now, and let’s help them. If we are on this earth, if we are breathing the same air, we have to unite during these times.
