Support the Chapman’s!

On August 20, 2022, Chuck Chapman was the victim of a senseless act of road rage.

 

The 51 year old husband (wife Debbie) and father of two (Chaz and Reese) is currently fighting for his life at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.  

 

Chuck is currently in a medically induced coma following life-saving surgery that was necessary due to multiple skull fractures and hemorrhaging.  He continues to battle with fevers, seizures, and pressure on the brain that is being treated with paralytics and increased sedation to allow his brain the opportunity to heal.

If you know Chuck you know he loves his family and would do anything for anyone!

 

This is an amazing family, who has been a vital part of the Roswell / Walton HS community and they need us more than ever right know. 


We are asking for any help as this family endures their worst nightmare and all the associated medical costs that they will incur during Chuck’s hospital stay.
