Ease Travel Costs for Ryan Burchell's Memorial

This fundraiser was organized to support the memorial services for Ryan Dale Burchell, who was murdered in a senseless act of gun violence on Nov 9, 2024. His family are shocked and devasted at this unspeakable tragedy and will be honoring his memory in the upcoming weeks.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 in Roseburg, Oregon where Ryan lived with his family. Specific times and location will be updated in the upcoming week and a flier published.

We are fundraising to subsidize travel and/or lodging accommodations for any of the extended family and friends of Ryan who wish to attend his memorial service in Roseburg, Oregon, but may be unable to attend due to the travel distance involved. Ryan has a great many friends and family spread up and down the entire west coast and other far flung states having lived in Oregon, California and Michigan. We understand the financial hardship it may be for many to make the journey and would like to help ease that burden.

This page will be updated with information for Amtrak, Spirit Airlines and local lodging accommodations.

---All funds will go to pay transportation and lodging costs of extended family and friends who need it to attend the Memorial Service.

Any excess funds will be used for airfare for his daughter, Charlotte-Rose, to travel to Oregon from Hawaii for the major trial dates in the coming months.
