Easing the Burden: Beverly Territo's Memorial
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support. My grandmother, Beverly Territo, was sent home from the hospital on 8/5/24 to die peacefully surrounded by her family. My grandmother has several burial insurance policies. However, due to changes in Louisiana state law, the funeral home is no longer required to honor the policies and have refused to do anything to help. My mom has been her full time caregiver for the last several years so she has been unable to work. With mounting medical expenses, daily care needs, and the emotional burden of navigating this challenging time, our family has decided to put our pride to the side and ask for help.
My grandmother is our hero, and we spent many years keeping her happy and healthy. This news from the doctor that the end of her life was coming very soon sort of caught us off guard even though she is elderly. She was in overall good health and seemed like she would live to be 100. However, God must have other plans for her as she passed away on 8/11/24. My grandmother prioritized our family’s well-being and invested time and energy into nurturing her relationships with everyone. Her dedication to our needs and happiness was unwavering. She was a strong family woman, a pillar of strength and a beacon of love, guiding all with both her actions and her heart. Our hearts ache knowing that her radiant smile and infectious laughter will no longer fill our lives. Her absence leaves a void that words cannot fill.
We are seeking donations to help ease the financial strain of her medical and end of life care expenses and ensure our grandmother receives the final arrangements that she deserves. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference during this incredibly tough period. Please consider donating and sharing this campaign with your networks. Your generosity will provide much-needed relief and support during this difficult time. Thank you in adsvance for your kindness and compassion.
