Easing the Burden: Sandra Redmon's Memorial Fund

With a heavy heart I am starting this fundraiser for my friend Rachel Lee and family to help with her mother, Sandra Redmon's cremation, memorial service, medical and other expenses during this troubling time.

Sandra went into the hospital on August 22 with complications breathing and elevated heart rate and was admitted to ICU. After several days she was moved into a room with expectations of getting released after a few more days. Unfortunately on September 1, she went into cardiac arrest and went without oxygen for an extended amount of time but the doctors were able to resuscitate her; got her stable and on a ventilator. A couple days later suffered a seizure.

On September 6, after the brain scan result showed significant damage, the hard decision to place her in hospice was made.

She passed on the morning of September 16, 2024.

Sandra loved having a good laugh and because of this she was the ultimate prankster. There was never a dull moment around her. Loved good music, in variety and the beach was her most favorite place in the world. She was the most loving kind hearted soul to ever walk this earth. Would give her shirt to a stranger if they needed. She gave everything she had and was to her kids and grandkids. If she had it to give she would give it. In The months ahead while her family mourns such a great loss let’s lighten the burden of a funeral and help if you can. Any donation, prayers, good vibes will be greatly appreciated.
