Easing the Burden: Support for Herrera Family
Donation protected
It is with profound sadness and shock that we announce the passing of our beloved uncle, William Patrick Herrera Jr., on Sunday, August 18, 2024. Uncle Will, at just 54 years old, had been bravely battling a series of health challenges, all while selflessly caring for his parents, Rose and Bill Herrera, in Hemet, CA. His unexpected departure has left our family heartbroken and reeling with grief.
Uncle Will was a man of incredible thoughtfulness, generosity, and humor. He brought joy to everyone he met, whether through a shared laugh, a warm hug, or even a Budweiser beer. Despite his caring nature, his sudden passing has revealed that no preparations were made for such a tragic event.
As we come together as a family to navigate this difficult time, we have learned that the financial burdens associated with his passing—including funeral costs, burial costs, medical bills and other unforeseen expenses —have placed an overwhelming strain on our family. Not only are they grappling with the immense sorrow of losing their son, but they are also faced with significant financial stress during this already heart-wrenching time.
We are reaching out to our friends, family, and the wider community who knew and loved Uncle Will, to ask for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly towards easing the financial burden for William’s expenses. Your generosity will help them find some peace and additional support during this incredibly difficult time, as they mourn the loss of their dear son.
If you'd like to give your condolences, we'll be having a viewing and burial at Oakdale Mortuary located at 1401 South Grand Ave Glendora, CA 91740 on September 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM. We'll be posting more with his obituary once details have been finalized.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, your generosity, and for keeping our family in your thoughts and prayers.
