East Liverpool Cat Spay Neuter

Jo Woodward White has been rescuing feral and stray cats and kittens in the East Liverpool area for more than 10 years.  She and other volunteers have spayed and neutered roughly 2,000 cats and kittens, rehomed hundreds of strays,  and continues to work with a number of animal rescue organizations in the tri-state area.  While much of the East End and Downtown areas of East Liverpool have seen a marked reduction in the number of unwanted kitten litters in the past four years, more funding is needed, particularly in East Liverpool township, La Croft, and Calcutta areas.
