Easter Hampers for 100 families in need

Hi there, we are 3 local ladies, who set out to help local families in need, with fresh food.

This is the 5th fundraiser we have done to provide 100 x hampers for families in the Kirkham and district area (Warton, Freckleton, kirkham, Clifton, Newton, Wrea Green) who are needing extra support at this very difficult time.

We have £1400 of funds from the last fundraise and need a further £2000 to cover the cost of the 100 x Easter hampers. We really hope you can help by either sharing this page or donating (or both)

The cost of living crisis has left many families in our area, struggling to put food on the table, and the situation is only getting worse. As we approach Easter, we are launching a food drive to provide 100 hampers to the families who need it most.

Even families who are working hard to make ends meet are finding it increasingly difficult to afford basic necessities like fresh food. Many are turning to food banks and other community resources for support, but the demand is overwhelming, and resources are stretched thin.

We believe that everyone deserves to have access to healthy, nutritious food, especially during times of celebration like Easter. With your help, we want to make sure that no family in Kirkham District goes hungry this holiday season.

Each hamper will contain fresh meat, veg, fruit, eggs, milk, butter and Easter eggs for the young ones.

We know that for every 10 shares this page gets, we do get a donation and so we would be very grateful for any shares, likes, comments and donations.
