Easton Fothergill Medical Expenses
Beschermde donatie
We have set up this page to directly support the Fothergill family through a difficult time.
Easton Fothergill started having what was thought to be a migraine headache. The headache continued for about a week off and on. He went to Urgent Care in Alabama and was given steroid injections, told to take Benadryl, and go home and go to bed. 3 days later the pain continued to get worse and he went in to the ER. Saturday evening, the family got a phone call from the ER doctor stating they found a mass on his brain and he was being transferred by ambulance to Birmingham. An MRI was done and it was determined it was a large brain abscess and immediately went into surgery.
Easton spent a week in the hospital and is now in Minnesota recovering. He will continue to require IV antibiotics for several weeks/months. He has a long road of recovery and will be watched closely with continued lab draws completed by home care services along with brain scans to be sure all is okay. If you can, please assist the family with past, present and future medical costs including travel expenses. If you can’t assist, please continue to send love and prayers to Easton and family.
