Help rebuild Easy Yoke Farm vegetable packing shed

Early in the morning on May 23rd, our washstand, coolers, and packing shed burned to the ground. This building was our central station for washing, storing, and preparing our produce to sell.  We lost washtubs, a root washer, basic vegetable supplies, market tents, scales, our ranger, vegetable seeder, and even chest freezers with a years supply of meat.  Daniel lost many tools and this shed represents 7 years of his labor and vision getting this area to peak efficiency.  Even our greenhouse which is attached to this building was damaged.  We do have insurance but we know it will not cover everything.  This year especially with some lumber prices up 300% it will be a challenging time to rebuild.  We are demoralized to say the least yet thankful our family is safe. We will need to rebuild quickly to get our farm up and running again as the summer season is just getting underway. We are humbled to be asking for your help. We have always been surrounded by a supportive community and we are so grateful.  We also want to thank our local fire departments who were true heroes in the middle of the night.  It could have been much worse without them!
