hello family + friends,
I am writing to ask for your help with growing my business. As you all may know, I am the owner and creator of Benevolence Skin Care. I hand create whipped shea butters, sugar scrubs, face masks, and other skin care products. The idea for my business ignited first in my mother, Lisa Roberts. Before my mother retired her shea business, she would sell locally to her friends and family. I saw how great the products were and I decided to expand on my mother’s idea and sell globally. Initially, I was nervous about starting a business because I knew that it would be a big risk. I was in my junior year of college and living at home with my parents, so it was not ideal for a person in my circumstance to start and successfully run a business. However, with a push from God, I trusted my gut and my business is currently flourishing. I have a passion for helping people. I am a major advocate for self love and self care. I believe my business aligns with my values. Benevolence Skin Care is a subtle reminder for people to take care of themselves. When my customers apply my products to their bodies, it is my hope that it helps them remember how beautiful they are . I would like to start a yearly seminar to encourage others and teach them the importance of loving their selves unconditionally. your donation would help me with my business expenses. I recently graduated from college and I work part time at a childcare facility. My goal is to reach $2000. The money would be a big help with purchasing the items I need to make my products. I have already accomplished so much in the little under a year I’ve been creating. I believe in my business, and I know the good it can bring to the lives of others.
