Tina Miller

In the words of Shawn Hughes,

I am starting this go fund me page(with the help of my dearest friend Christie) for my mother Khristina Miller, she is the world to me and has always been there for me more than I could ever expect. She has always been the glue to hold my whole family together, no matter what any of us need, and she's never asked anyone for help all along the way.

She has raised myself, my two brothers and a sister. Needless to say we are a handful at times! She also has 4 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren, we all love her so very much.

Back in May she was diagnosed with stage 3 colo- rectal cancer. In the months since she has been in UVA numerous times, and this last time she had a stroke on top of all the other things that she was fighting........E-coli, MRSA, colitis. Yet she keeps on fighting.

My Stepfather Roland who has always been there for her as well as all of us, has been there through it all too, the hospital trips and stays, the sleepless nights, the heartache, and was the one to walk in on her having the stroke. Again he never says a word he just keeps on fighting.

However in these though times they need help, help they would never ask for because that's just not who they are. So I will......please donate, they have worked their whole lives and now in these tuff times could use some help. Mom hasn't worked in months, and Roland has had to miss a lot of work to be by her side while she was in the hospital, and will continue to have to do so when she starts her chemotherapy back going. That's where they've always been.....by each others side! The funds will help with their bills over the next few months until they get back to working full time again.
