Echo and his emergency veterinarian visits
Hi it's Pammy B here and I'm hoping all of our friends and family will be able to help 2 of the most beloved people in our lives Amos and Yvie. They are too humble to ask for the help, but I know we all will want to. These ladies have had a very trying couple of months but most recently poor Echo not only got sprayed by a skunk in his nose/mouth area but then he started getting very sick. Amos decided to take him to Dr. Francis, but more was needing to be done that Dr. Francis couldn't assess so she had to take him to Oakland Animal Hospital yesterday 8/31/23. Echo was very sick due to a blockage. The Doctors and Staff there were all very helpful and were not sure if he was going to need surgery. They had to do many tests including ultrasounds and radiographs, iv set ups, nursing care, oral meds and fluids. They said if blockage did not move he would need overnight surgery. They even mentioned to Amos she would have to sign off on a DNR which was so scary to hear as we sat there while she talked on the phone w/the Vet. THANK you baby j that Echo did not have to have surgery she found out this morning. They showed the blockage has moved. He is still currently at the Hospital today 9/1/23 while they continue to monitor the blockage to make sure it passes. Let's keep the positivity vibes/prayers flowing. Unfortunately the expenses still continue to add up to make sure their baby becomes the healthy happy bouncy pup he always is. I'm hoping for us to come together and donate any monies you may have to help them out w/this major expense. We are family so let us support the 2 we know that will and have always been there for us. MUCH LOVE! If anyone needs/wants more information on the vet bill/situation itself you can direct message me or amos.
