Echo needs a new knee!

So my sweet angel Echo is needing surgery on her back left leg. A ligament has torn fully and the only way to fix it is with knee surgery. I know that she has so much love from so many people and If you are able to share and donate I would be eternally grateful!!!
The story:
Early in November she initially hurt her leg playing with a another dog on mount doug, she came back from running off path with a bit of a limp so we rested her for a few days and took her for another walk and later that night she had a limp again but it went away by morning. We continued to rest her but it didn't matter how long we rested her for the limp always came back. We took her to the vet a month after she first got injured and he told us it was likely arthritis and she needed to lose weight. So, she got put on a diet and started to lose weight, we rested her and took her out for block walks only but the limp didn't ever go away for long. After trying this method for a couple of months I took her back in to see the vet and she suggested getting an X-ray and joint fluid samples done to see if they could see anything structurally wrong with the joint. The scan came back with nothing, even though the limp was getting progressively worse each week. They said is was again arthritis and gave me meds to try and reduce the pain and inflammation in her joint. Over the last month she has gone from being able to use her left back leg to not even being able to put weight onto it. It is absolutely heart breaking because anyone who knows this dog knows how energetic and fun loving she is and I want her to get back to her normal self!!
