Echols Family Funeral and Medical Expenses

As you all may know, on Wednesday, my dear friend Madison Echols lost her little brother Ian in a car accident and her mother Gretchen is in critical condition in ICU. I never got to meet Ian and Gretchen, but through Madison’s stories. It was as if Ian was the kid who put a smile on everyone’s faces. He truly seemed like the sweetest kid. Every story of him was never dull. It was as if I was there. Gretchen in every story reminded me so much of my mother: Blunt, strong-willed, ambitious, and most of all protective of her family. I didn’t meet them once and yet I felt as if I knew them. I can’t imagine the heartache this family is feeling and it is my hope that we can come together as a community and ease some of the financial burden. All funds raised will be going to assist in funeral, medical, and travel expenses for the Echols family. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. I know it would mean so much to the Echols Family.
