Please help with what you can thank you

Hello friends and family, i hate that it has come to this but some of you may know that ive been struggling financially for months now and i cant seem to get on my feet, i finally landed a good job but im going to be $500 short for rent and it’s due next week on the 5th, im trying to sell my car and all my personal belongings so that i can keep a roof over my head for me and my girlfriend, our dog is very sick and is desperate need of medical care please do what you can and if not thank you for reading anyways
