Eddie Gallagher-Gallagher Family Support

Hi friends and family, I'm Lori Roberts, family, friend and neighbor to Eddie and Amy Gallagher, as I know are so many of you. Eddie was recently sidelined with some difficult medical news, which includes significant kidney failure and several blockages in his heart. Over the next week he will undergo kidney biopsy, continued dialysis and open heart surgery. With no deviations to those plans, Eddie faces a significant period of rest and recovery.

If you know Eddie, as I know you do, he is a go getter and takes great pride in taking care of his family. So being in a position where he must channel all his focus on his health is not an easy thing for him. And while Eddie loves his work, it unfortunately does not provide him with the benefits of paid time off, medical leave, etc., which puts their household under considerable strain. In addition, Amy and Alivia have been navigating their work responsibilities while also being at Eddie's side through it all.
