Edgar (Teto)

Many of you know me as Sushii for my silly riding videos I share to try and bring some light humor and positivity to people's day. I recently deactivated my accounts for awhile and this was why...

My little brother Edgar, who we called Teto, unexpectedly passed away on March 10, 2024, just weeks away from being 23 years old. I still can't believe it. Most mornings I wake up and it doesn't seem real until reality sets in. God truly does take the most innocent first and they really don't get any more innocent than him. He was such a good person. He never did anything wrong and he dreamed big. None of this makes any sense. He enjoyed my riding videos and often told me he was always showing them to his friends. I was trying to convince him to get a bike with me.

A little more about him: Teto's mom is from Guatemala but he was proud to be born in America. So much that he dreamed of being a Marine. His proudest achievement was fulfilled and he served 6 years. When he was little he was the silliest boy and had a wild imagination. He loved insects, reptiles, sharks, and tornadoes (even though they scared him). He especially loved space-themed video games such as Star Wars and Halo.

My family is still trying to process what happened and I am not sure we will ever understand. I feel helpless and needed to try and help my family any way I can... so I made this gofundme. Recently, our dad also underwent surgery for cancer as well and now having to try and cover the funeral costs on top of medical bills... and the government only covers a small amount unfortunately.

The last thing I want my family to worry about is the costs of laying our Teto to rest. Anything helps. And thank you so much to everyone who reached out. I got your messages. I appreciate you so much, thank you
