Edgars 1.7 million steps (lands end to John O'Groats) Walk

Team Edgar is attempting to walk 1.7 million steps between July and September to raise funds for Diabetes UK, Junior Bulls and the Hereford FC squad builder fund. All money raised will be split equally between the 3 good causes.

Unbeknown to most Hereford FC fans, since early 2024 Edgar has been diabetic and like most people diagnosed with diabetes is now making lifestyle changes to adapt. One of these changes is to increase his exercise and to get back in shape. As part of this Edgar is planning on attempting to walk the distance between Lands End and John O'Groats totaling 1.7 Million steps averaging 18,400 steps a day every day for 3 months.
