Edmund Rice Camps Dublin 2023
Donation protected
Based in Dublin City Centre, the Edmund Rice Camps are a bi-annual week-long summer camp for children between the ages of 8 and 12 for children who will benefit the most from them. These children are predominantly from Dublin 1 and 3. We aim to offer these children a wide range of activities, including - day trips and outings, sports, art, drama, and more - completely free of charge. The summer camps are organised and run by young volunteers between the ages of 17 and 25.
As we are volunteer-led, we require your contributions and goodwill, more than ever to achieve our fundraising goal of €3,000, the minimum requirement to run a week of camp. All donations contributed will be transferred to a dedicated bank account and will solely be used for camp necessities e.g., lunches for children, transport to and from trips, materials for activities, etc.
We kindly ask you to contribute as much as you can, big or small donations are welcomed! Understandably, if you cannot donate anything, sharing our GoFundMe link is greatly appreciated. By promoting our campaign through social media or word of mouth, you’re contributing greatly to the future of our summer camps. In turn, we can provide the best, most happiest two weeks to the children attending.
