Education Fund for JayLa
Donation protected
My name is Alonna Tarpley-McClain, I am the niece of Dr. Scott Richardson. I have created this fund for JayLa Richardson, my Uncle Scott's 16 year old daughter. Scott was an academic scholar and leader specializing in diversity, inclusion and equality, personal development and growth as well as organizational development among a vast array of expertise. He has dedicated over 25 years in various collegiate institutes where he crafted, published, taught and served a a mentor to many. He was incredibly passionate and had a steadfast commitment to higher education. He very much had been looking forward to seeing his daughter attend college and pursue her dreams.
Sadly and unexpectedly, Dr. Richardson passed away on Monday, August 2nd. In his honor and memory this fund has been created in furtherance of his dream to have his daughter attend college. All donations will be bestowed to JayLa.
On behalf of Scott's family we want to thank you for all your heartfelt condolences as we grieve the loss of our beloved, Scott. Our lives will never be the same. Please consider making a donation to this fund as a legacy to his memory.
