Education fund for the Pledger family

As you may know we lost a great friend and co-worker recently. Brent Pledger was the friendliest man you could ever meet and as charming as he was brilliant. You can’t judge a book by its cover and Brent was perfect evidence out that. Even more important, Brent was a devoted family man and dedicated to his wife and children.

With that here comes the request. Brent left behind two children and we know he wanted his children to go to college. So I cannot think of a better way to honor his memory than helping ensuring his daughters way to college. So I humbly ask that you help in this request by seeding a 529 plan for each child. 529 plans are special funds meant specifically to fund college expenses. This will allow for each child to receive the maximum value of the fund when used for education expenses. Unlike other funds, the value of the fund can be withdrawn without penalty if used for education.

We hope you can find it in your heart to donate to this cause. Brent Pledger meant a lot to us and we know he meant a lot to many others. He will be deeply missed by all the people that loved him and all the people that were lucky enough to know him.
