Edward's Wheelchair Van Fund

My name is Ricardo Rocha, I am a graduate student at San Francisco State University. This gofundme is for my  for my dear friend Eduardo Preciado. He suffered a traumatic brain injury that left him in a paraplegic state on April 1, 2014. He was 28 years old and just recently  married to his beatiful wife Roxana Preciado. He has been bed ridden for two years and was just recently released from the rehabilitation center. Now that he is home his family struggles to be able to accommodate his living space and needs. Transportation has proven to be a daunting and physically exterting task for his mother  and younger sister. In order to transport him he must be hoisted from his chair and into the car. The chair must be dissaembled, stowed in the trunk, and upon arrival, the chair will be assembledand Eduardo is placed in the chair. The money raised will be used to acquire a wheelchair van that would allow him to be transported to his medical appointments and therapy sessions. It would be ideal to have the funds available by  January 31st, 2017. Having a wheelchair van would make transporting Eduardo to and from his medical appointments a lot easier for his family. Eduardo would be forever greatful if this small gesture of love would be granted by all the people who he loved and was always willing to help.
