Edwin Graham Jr. (EJ) recovery fund

On Friday March 5,2021 EJ was involved in an horrific accident that has left him fighting for his life. Upon transport to Savannah Memorial Intensive Care Unit, he was placed in critical condition as a result of his gunshot wounds.  EJ is an avid basketball and football player at Bluffton High School and is widely regarded as an exceptional friend and teammate.  While he is currently unaware, his cousin and teammate, D’Won Fields Jr. (DJ) was killed in the incident, and another friend was injured and has since been released.  The entire community of Bluffton has gathered to mourn the loss of DJ and pray for the other boys involved, namely EJ, who faces multiple and extensive surgeries in the days and weeks to come. As of this morning, prayers are being answered and EJ’s status, while still requiring heavy sedation, has been upgraded from critical to stable condition.  This account has been established to help both EJ and his mother throughout this journey and I know will be another example of why we are #blufftonstrong!
