Edwin Malit Funeral & Family Fund

On Tuesday, November 19th, Edwin Valencia Malit passed away unexpectedly. A father of six, Edwin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Along with his family, Edwin was beloved by thousands of others who were touched by his lifetime of service in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a missionary, Bishop, Mission President, Stake President, and teacher.

His passing has left his family in financial need, as he was the family's source of income. I have been authorized by the Malit family to create this GoFundMe campaign on their behalf. These funds will be used to help family that is out of country travel home to the Philippines for the funeral, help cover funeral expenses, and help provide financial stability for his family in this difficult time of transition, including his son currently serving as a missionary in Brazil, and his teenage son who is still at home.
