Edwin Mills fights for Staff and Rent
Donation protected
My name is Teddy the owner of EdwinMills in Old Pasadena. I have been here since 1996. I never assumed I would see myself asking for people's help but this Covid 19 has affected me dearly. The State of California has abandoned the small business owner and the PPP and the SBA loans have put me in further debt. On Dec 6 the City of Pasadena shut down the outdoor dining for 2 weeks. On the last day of being open, I gave all sales to my staff. I couldn't see them out for the holidays with no money. It has been over 3 weeks now and I would want to bring my staff back to work and pay them in advance so they may be able to send money to their families and pay their rent for the month of January. This will allow me to catch up with bills and payroll till march. I have spent several dollars on rules, regulations, safety equipment, and outdoor tents and chairs that I cant use. Please feel free to see my videos on Instagram and all I have done. Every $1 or $5 counts. Anything you can help with would be great. Please share if you can.
