Help Me Get my Smile Back Please?

First of all, this is embarrassing to write but here goes nothing.

Hello! My name is Marlon, a lot of you know me as MR.2000. I really did not want to make this, however after encouragement from family and friends I will make the attempt to try. All you could say is no right?

When I was 18, I was told that I had a issue with my teeth.

Being that I was young, I never gave it too much thought. I also never had a job that had decent dental insurance care. I let it go for far too long and now I'm paying for that mistake. After years of bullying and depression I finally got a job that provides excellent dental care allowing me to finally make an appointment to see about getting this done. I went to the fine dentist at Wheatland Dental and received an examination. I was referred to The Implant & Perio Center of Kansas. Dr. Prashan Shanthakumar D.D.S. examined me and took lots of x-rays and a few weeks later I sat with his assistant, and we went over the treatment plan.

They want to remove my entire top row of teeth and several teeth from the bottom row. The plan is to replace the top row with permanent dentures and several implants in the bottom row. I have lots of infections and damaged teeth. I can tell you honestly, this is very depressing for me. I hate going places and I hate talking to people face to face including family that has not seen me in a while. The infection has caused me horrible breath and I am constantly sick due to this. I really want to get this done, However the procedure costs $7,138.20.

Yes, I have insurance, but they will not pay the cost up front if any at all. They just want me to rip all my teeth out and get dentures for top and bottom. While I'm not above this, according to dentist and people who have given me lots of support on this subject have stated that I will experience discomfort more than ever if I just remove all my teeth vs going through the procedure that Dr. Shanthakumar has created.

I have set my goal to $10,000.00 for the cost and the remaining $2861.80 will go towards the fees for GoFundMe and for any aftercare needed. I appreciate your love and support.

I understand times are tough and you may not have to give and that is completely understandable, I only ask that you share this. Especially if you see someone making fun of me or being disrespectful. I can take Fat jokes, but this is a bit more sensitive and the only defect that I have experienced that keeps me from showing my face anywhere. I have a lot of confidence but not enough for this.
