Help Bashitha Fight Leukemia and Continue His Dreams

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out with an urgent plea to help a bright and outstanding student, Bashitha, who has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia (Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), a type of aggressive blood cancer). Bashitha is an Advanced Level student at Dhammissara College, Nattandiya in Sri Lanka, known for his academic excellence and dedication. Unfortunately, his diagnosis has put a halt to all his achievements and dreams.

His parents have done everything possible to afford his treatment, even selling all their properties to cover the initial medical costs of 15 million Sri Lankan Rupees (approximately AUD 70,000). However, they are still short of AUD 20,000 to complete Bashitha’s treatments and give him a fighting chance.

Bashitha’s father, a retired military police officer, is struggling financially, and their family is in dire need of support. We are asking for your generous contributions to help cover the remaining medical expenses and give Bashitha the chance to fight this battle and reclaim his future.
