There are not many words to express such a loss, but I will try….
Kenneth was someone who would just do. You could ask him and he would do, but if there was a need he would recognize it and without hesitation just do. Such a wonderful-hearted man, such a loss, a loss to anyone who knew him and beyond. His time with us is finished, however his spirit lives on. It's now time for us to remember his selfless efforts and do for others.
Kenneth, 38 years of age, came with his wife Helen to Canada just a year ago to start a new life together, with so many hopes. Settling in Sault. Ste. Marie, Kenneth worked at Pino’s while supporting Helen as she worked through her studies at Sault college. He had plans to return to school after Helen finishes school and settles into a full time career. They quickly became a vibrant part of the St. Jerome's Church family.
Helen is a beautiful, strong young lady who loved Kenneth as a wife should, and she is going to be alright because she has a profound faith in God. She also has so many people who continue to love her. As she mourns and makes her way through this difficult time, we would like to see her struggles minimalized as much as possible so this fund has been set up as a tool to help especially with her studies. She no longer has the financial support of Kenneth's employment, so if you can give, please do. However, it's deeper than that. If you find yourself not able to give financially to this fund, please give with a simple smile to someone who could use it, say 'hi' to that person who you open a door for and say yes to someone who asks for help. Be kind, love deeply and learn from Kenneth by giving to others without restriction. Make this world a better place to live in, just like Kenneth did.
Peace always, Kenneth, Rest In Peace
