Mr. Dale Maddox was the lead Medical Support Technician for the Internal Medicine Clinic at the USAF Hospital on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. Dale began his federal career by enlisting in the United States Air Force in 2003 as a Dental Technician and was retired from active duty as a Technical Sergeant after sustaining a duty related injury in 2014. Throughout the 11 years of Dale’s military career he strove for excellence and was awarded 14 military awards and decorations. His commitment to duty, service and country continued as a civil servant where he garnered 4 additional awards to include the USAF Hospital-Langley Civilian of the Year for 2016. Tragically, on June 10, 2017 Dale suffered a heart attack and passed away at the early age of 41. He leaves behind his wife of 20 years, 2 sons, a daughter and a long list of family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
This site was created in honor of Dale, in support of the family he sadly left behind. All donations, large or small, are greatly appreciated.
